Dr. Hinanit Koltai is a Full Professor Research Scientist at the Agricultural Research Organization, Volcani Center, Rishon LeZion, Israel. Her current research is focused on plant-derived substances such as anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory threatments, plant hormones and plant genomics. She is the Editor of a book and of The International Parasitic Plant Society, a member of editorial boards in international scientific journals, Leader in a European COST action and an Editor of special issue of scientific journals. Dr. Koltai is a leading Author of more than 70 peer reviewed publication and 30 book chapters and invited reviews. She is the head of Volcani of Environmental Biology in a Volcani-Bar Ilan University collaboration, Israel.
